Elsternwick Medical Centre in general and Dr. Sam Jaworowski in particular provide the highest level of medical services in a timely and professional manner. Lana and the other 3 secretaries provide kind and accurate support to patients and follow up the appointments. Has been going to my doctor for almost 30 years now, even before he started consulting at this particular center almost 20 years ago. My doctor always was a bulk bill provider. Just be aware that the Center Management is pushing the doctors to charge patients over and above medicare. I have tried to book an appointment online in January and was asked for my credit card details or I could not see my doctor. I provided the details reluctantly. I went there for the first time and was treated unbelievably well. I think the kindest receptionist ever (Jane) helped me with so much care and empathy, with my situation that I attended there for. I can't thank her enough for putting me at ease, comforting me and also accommodating me with an appointment. I didn't catch her name so hope I have it correct. Thank you Jane.
I really appreciate the compassion received at Elsternwick Medical Centre for the last couple of decades. The Doctors always make time for me if my regular Doctor is not available, and have demonstrated excellent diagnostic and research skills to work through my post operative and menopausal needs. I thoroughly recommend the variety of services offered including acupuncture, physio and more. They have after-hours options along with ample parking behind, and are very busy.
I went to this clinic today for the first time and the reception and doctors were fantastic. A great environment and the doctor listened and was warm and helpful and made me feel at ease. Truly a great medical centre and I highly recommend it.
