I had a disappointing experience at this clinic today. When I asked about getting a receipt, the receptionist spoke to me in a rude and dismissive way. I also felt that her tone and attitude toward me were unfair and possibly racially biased, which made me very uncomfortable. Later, I asked about a phone call I was receiving from the clinic, and she responded with, “I don’t know who’s calling,” in a very unprofessional manner.
