Our family has been attending Elsternwick Medical Centre for over 20 years now . Lana is honestly the best medical receptionist we have ever had experience with . She is calm , kind and attentive. Her kind manner to speak to people over the phone or in person really goes a long way and is very appreciated. Thank you Lana for the consistency over the years .
People like Dr Salman Rosenblum and Dr Samuel Jaworowski are the best human beings are ever met. Most professional and dedicated doctors I have ever met in the last 30 years. Every one in a clinic is always patient and very welcoming.
I wish I could give this clinic 0 stars, because one star is being generous. Without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a clinic in Australia. Both Dr. Anna Piesiewicz and the receptionist were incredibly unprofessional. The staff was rude in regards to simple questions, and the organization was terrible How can the entire team be so bad? I’ve been a patient at this medical centre for many years and have consistently received excellent care. Dr. Irina Khanina is simply the best—thorough, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable.
