Attending the 5 week making movement matter program with Nadine has helped change my life!!! Kelly was so amazing and full of great tips and advice regarding nutrition for our 3 year old and we learnt so much ourselves.
I had a wonderful experience with a warm and friendly welcome. Emily assisted me with a initial assessment and remedial massage, she was thorough, made me feel comfortable, offered great advice and stretching techniques. The massage was very pleasant and relieved a lot of tension. Thank you to the team for being so attentive and providing such a great service. Looking forward to continuing massages with Emily.
Friendly and professional service! I had my first remedial massage with Emily this morning followed by a sauna session and i cant believe how much better I feel physically and mentally. I would definitely recommend that you give them a try, I'll be back for more visits in the future 😁

I was lucky enough to win the competition and had an amazing massage by Emily, who is a miracle worker! My back and neck don’t feel as tight and I will definitely be back. I also did the sauna and I almost fell asleep. It Was really a lovely and relaxing experience from start to finish. Kelly was so helpful and also gave me some great tips for my migraines, will definitely need to come visit her as well. If you need a remedial massage, I would highly recommend them!
