The staff are fantastic, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Friendly, helpful, and caring. Unfortunately they are let down by a lack of doctors. The one doctor that was on did a fantastic job, but can only do so much. Being turned away due to closing 'soon' was disappointing, as there was only 1 other patient before me, and whilst I got through quickly the next day, being there at opening time, less than 2 hours later, approx. 4 hour wait, and again, only the one doctor.
I recently visited the Elizabeth Medical Centre and had a great experience with Dr. Radford Smith. He is very professional, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly address my concerns. However, I was disappointed with the receptionist at the urgent care desk. She was very rude, which made the experience quite unpleasant. I hope the clinic can address this issue and improve the behavior of the reception staff to ensure a more welcoming environment for patients.
Dr Smith is an amazing GP . Although we came closer to the end of his work time, he treated my daughter with genuine care, professionalism and friendliness. The reception staff were polite and friendly as well. Thank you very much Elizabeth medical.
Would not recommend this place. Came in for an X-ray on Tuesday was told to wait 2-3 hours for results came in 4 hours later cause I had received nothing to be told I have to wait until 7pm that night, received nothing again so contacted them the following day to be told to wait until 7pm that night again as that’s the only time they do it apparently. Received nothing that night again, what a joke. Rang up the X-ray side to get my results transferred to grand medical instead and shock that wasn’t done either. They then had t... read more
Our experience at the medical centre was good. However, when trying to call to change appointment time and opting for a call back it was long and misleading. I was 7th inline and opted for a call back, supposedly not losing my spot in the line. The service said to expect my call in 1 minutes time. However it took an hour for someone to call back. In that time I was unsure if I’d been missed. I rang back after 40min, this time 17th in line, call back was still stated to be in 1 minutes time. The person i eventually spoke to s... read more
