Friendly staff and caring doctor. Clean and comfortable waiting room. The fact that there is a chemist inside as well is an absolute bonus as I can get my scripts filled right away. Been coming here for over 20 years, best medical centre for sure.
Im 93 years old and after my son in law found me a time the service and staff were excellent. had to return for a scan the same day in the afternoon and was in and out with little fuss. a great place to go for non emergency issues
Had to wait too long for everything but I understand that's part of the process. Was welcomed by this young lady at the reception and then seenby Dr. Mateen Butt. Dr. Butt has a calm and relaxed personality and listenes kenly to what we are saying. Provided us with the best advice and even helped us look for some specislists. Even the nurse Lisa was very helpful too. Was satisfied witht his experience.
I am a relatively new patient of Dr Rozel Van Der Spuy. During my consultations with her I have experienced an almost complete lack of ego driven, professional arrogance, together with a unique humility and genuine desire to help her patient. One of the female front desk staffs was very amiable, smiley and nice. I felt that she really set the standards for front desk officers. It was also my first time seeing Dr Manjula, I have to say she is a well-dedicated doctor whois empathetic and concerned for her patient. Her warmth nature makes the appointment a pleasant one.
