Two appointments in a row I witnessed dr prasad walking into the clinic whenever she felt like it, leaving patients with bookings waiting for hours. Today I had an appointment at 920, she walks in at 930. The front desk staff had tried contacting her for other patients who were waiting. At 940 when I realized there was a line of people waiting I left. I attended the clinic today late afternoon and top marks to the nurse who removed the 6 stitches from just above my left eye. She was very caring and made me feel relaxed. She had spent some time in the Navy nursing and is now at the Philip Highway Clinic. Keep up your caring nursing demeanour, you will put a smile on the faces of those people who you treat.
Very poor service. Had an appointment today, missed one phone call with no voice messages. Rang back 3 times, requested call backs. Never recieved anything. Arrived to get told that the appointment has been cancelled, after driving nearly an hour to get here. The receptionist didn't even try to find a solution for the problem. Very average experience.
I was in so much pain that I arrived early, waited for four hours, and still didn’t get to see a doctor. I understand that emergency patients take priority, but a little heads-up would have helped a lot. No one said anything until I informed them that I was in severe pain and had to leave. Only then did they offer to change my appointment from UCC to a GP appointment.
