Dr Rozel & Dr Vala are exceptional doctors and people. They go above and beyond for their patients and treat you as an individual, not another patient in their room. They have an abundance of knowledge and help with minor and major issues, they are honest, caring and informative. I have built a strong relationship with them and recommended them both to friends and family. The Australian medical system needs more people like them, who truly care. Thankyou :)
First time I went here and in my opinion a very good clinic! The reception lady was very patiently and friendly. I saw Dr. Chabria and he really went out of his way to help me. Best clinic I've ever been to.
I'm extremely disappointed in the Elizabeth Medical and Dental Centre. I've been a patient here for years and previously gave them a 5-star review. However, their recent changes have led me to downgrade to 1 star. The centre used to accept walk-in patients without an appointment, and although wait times varied, you could always see a doctor. Horrible I was practically butched and left alone to deal with it untill I stopped crying, thank God some lovely nurses came in and saved me. I went it to get the implanon nxt out and a new one in they're about 1 and a halfmm width so not a big hole to get cut out. The doctor just kept cutting through my arm and I could feel it and he did nothing until I said get off of me I want to go home, he leaves me there with a gause just sitting on this hole that's the sole of a 5c coin for half an hour, thankfully some nurses came in... read more
The Dr I saw was lovely. New. And he was happy help and organise a new cast for me as hospitals one was so bad. Reluctant for strong pain relief (bad fracture yesterday) but he did a low dose..so it's something. Nursing staff were lovely also.
