Addit, I came in the other day, i was absolutely disgusted in the attitude of the reception named Lina. What a rude person if you don't like your job please move on. You are so rude, obnoxious, loud and an embarrasment to medical centre. Dr Davis is a great guy who listen to his patient and their concerns. I attended the clinic today late afternoon and top marks to the nurse who removed the 6 stitches from just above my left eye. She was very caring and made me feel relaxed. She had spent some time in the Navy nursing and is now at the Philip Highway Clinic. Keep up your caring nursing demeanour, you will put a smile on the faces of those people who you treat.
Two appointments in a row I witnessed dr prasad walking into the clinic whenever she felt like it, leaving patients with bookings waiting for hours. Today I had an appointment at 920, she walks in at 930. The front desk staff had tried contacting her for other patients who were waiting. At 940 when I realized there was a line of people waiting I left. I was in so much pain that I arrived early, waited for four hours, and still didn’t get to see a doctor. I understand that emergency patients take priority, but a little heads-up would have helped a lot. No one said anything until I informed them that I was in severe pain and had to leave. Only then did they offer to change my appointment from UCC to a GP appointment.
