Would not recommend this place. Came in for an X-ray on Tuesday was told to wait 2-3 hours for results came in 4 hours later cause I had received nothing to be told I have to wait until 7pm that night, received nothing again so contacted them the following day to be told to wait until 7pm that night again as that’s the only time they do it apparently. Received nothing that night again, what a joke. Rang up the X-ray side to get my results transferred to grand medical instead and shock that wasn’t done either. They then had t... read more
I am very impressed with the changes to this place since it became an emergency clinic. The staff... So tolerant with the very many inconsiderate people who walk in the door and articulate dissatisfaction at having to wait hours to be seen. Kudos to the front desk staff. The general public is not entitled to be rude or disgusted with your replies when you are all hampered by or following safe rules and regulations and criteria. The doctor was amazing, really nice and got everything I needed done in a timely fashion. Though the wait time was a little bit late as she was ready for my appointment 30 minutes after the time I made it for. Overall an amazing experience with a kind, efficient GP. Would recommend coming here. Was originally 4 stars but I just had a blood test and the nurse Ripal was really good. Usually I'm afraid of needles and feel them but this time it wasn't painful at all even with two vials drawn. Def recommend for blood tests.
Attended the centre when my usual medical centre was fully booked. I was impressed with the facilities, the reception staff were friendly and helpful and the Dr I saw was thorough and knowledgeable. They have a walk in Dr on certain days and times which is amazing considering it is extremely difficult to see a Dr same day. As a bonus they bulk bill with no gap fees.
I visited the clinic with my daughter. We are new patients and the staff at reception were polite , and helpful and guided us to the consult room to wait for our appointments. The Dr we saw was lovely, friendly, professional, informative . We will be returning :)
