I had to get some bandages changed today through urgent care and the nurses name was Emily. she was very professional and knowledgeable about what she was doing and talked me through the whole process. She even gave me some tips on the recovery process. I was impressed how quickly I was seen to, it was a nice change to be in and out so quickly.
I usually see Dr Rozel. She is very thorough and punctual. I transferred to this clinic due to poor service at my old clinic. Most of the reception staff are great, especially the guy. If he has made you wait he apologizes for that. Would recommend this clinic
The staff on reception were very supportive and kind to myself and my wife. We are new patients to this GP clinic after having the same GP in Clare for over 25years, we have finally found a clinic that has lovely staff and we also have an amazing GP now. My GP explained everything very well, didn’t push us to leave the consult, and displayed a caring beside manner throughout the whole consult.
Staff were friendly and professional.. doctor was within 15 minutes of my appointment time. He was professional and thorough and most importantly listened to and heard what I said to him. Place was clean and very professional rooms. In house pathology and imaging made life very easy. Bulkbilling of all services provided. Pharmacy on site. Would recommend this to others.
As is so common these days , doctor looking after himself rather than treat a patient who clearly needs medication. Without naming , I think rather than give “controlled” medications to people who need them , does t want to take a risk to his own name- Just listen to the psychiatrist who recommended the medication rather than cover your own radar ?? Waste of time as usual with almost any GP in relation to mental health!!!!
