Dr Rozel & Dr Vala are exceptional doctors and people. They go above and beyond for their patients and treat you as an individual, not another patient in their room. They have an abundance of knowledge and help with minor and major issues, they are honest, caring and informative. I have built a strong relationship with them and recommended them both to friends and family. The Australian medical system needs more people like them, who truly care. Thankyou :)
First time I went here and in my opinion a very good clinic! The reception lady was very patiently and friendly. I saw Dr. Chabria and he really went out of his way to help me. Best clinic I've ever been to.
I was there on Thurs & saw my doctor who sent me 4 x-rays & scan. I'm in a lot of pain , the girl was very patient with me. She had 2 get help 2 move me then scan. The older man who came in was very abrupt pushed me 2 move & position myself so he could take x-rays & scan. While I appreciate this has 2 b done he was very abrupt, rude & I even yelded at him 2 have a bit of compassion towards me. Had trouble with a misunderstanding on appointment time they wrote down wrong on the card they provided me. Then claimed we had to wait a really long time for a quick results conversation on my mother's ct scan on her brain for memory loss when they wrote the time down wrong. This used to be a really nice welcoming centre years ago now it's a just a shit show of no trust.
I'm extremely disappointed in the Elizabeth Medical and Dental Centre. I've been a patient here for years and previously gave them a 5-star review. However, their recent changes have led me to downgrade to 1 star. The centre used to accept walk-in patients without an appointment, and although wait times varied, you could always see a doctor.
