I’ve been seeing Dr Manjula for a bit over two years now as part of my gender‑related care, and she’s been consistently supportive the whole way through. She’s always been non‑judgemental, compassionate, and clear in how she explains things. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed with her. To anyone out there who needs a doctor who actually looks at you and listens and makes you feel like things will get better Dr Mateen is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen he does not judge like I said he listens then makes a plan. He helped me through the hardest time of my life. He helped me get my life to a point where it's manageable. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be here. I have absolute respect for the man. I highly recommend him. Be honest with him and he will help.
For LGBT health care Dr. Manjula has been fantastic! I started seeing her as an informed-consent GP, and she was so welcoming and open in discussing all options to determine the best course of action in my transition journey without any judgement. Every visit has been so comfortable and she really does take the time to discuss YOU. Not once have I felt rushed out the door or like she's just checking boxes. I cannot recommend her enough!
Dr Arber Vala saved my life. I went in for an unrelated issue of which because he specialises in skin conditions I figured he would be best to diagnose. He soon discovered a different but more serious issue. He promptly within days of that visit removed a suspicious skin spot and sent it off for testing. It came back as skin cancer. i heard lots of people in the trans community talk so highly about dr manjula, so i decided to start seeing her myself. she is hands down the best gp ive ever met, and such a down to earth, knowledgeable and well-rounded person. she has been through all walks of life- she just sees you and talks to you as if she has known you for years. i travelled 4 hours by bus in total for this appointment and ill do it again and again. i can’t recommend her any more!
