I have been seeing Jack Day for quite a number of years for treatments for various injuries. He has always been very attentive and focused on my needs and goals. He is highly experienced and often updating his skills and using these new techniques in his treatments. Jack is an exceptional Myo, he has a great eye for alignment, understanding of injuries, and knowledge of rehab. His hands on skills and dry needling are spot on. As a ballet teacher I see him regularly to support my work and also refer all of my dancers to him. I highly recommend his work.
I owe a lot to Jack and Elite Myotherapy for helping keep my aging body together whilst training for endurance sports. Jack has demonstrated exceptional knowledge of different ways to approach my injuries (of which I’ve had many!) and I’m often amazed at how much better I feel after a treatment. I have been seeing Jack for treatment almost 3 years now, initially seeing him to help with my breathing post Covid. He uses a special technique which is super effective, and really knows what you need. I have continued to see him as I transitioned heavily into trail running, and he managed me through an injury earlier this year to successfully complete my first trail half marathon race. I highly recommend Jack & Tung at the Hawthorn clinic!
