Very disappointed HIFU experience at EBC Miranda. Completely waste of money and time. I used to come at EBC Miranda often and have spent thousands of dollars on their treatments. They used to have some enthusiastic and skilful technicians such as Jess, Amiee, Taylor and Jamie. However the issue with this clinic is that they cannot retain talents and today I have a very inexperienced technician to do the HIFU on my face. From the beginning Georgia, who did my consultation, was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive- she made feel comfortable straight away. I had a treatment done by Amy, and it was absolutely wonderful. She took the time out to explain every step of the procedure so clearly and also made sure I understand exactly what to do post-treatment. Her care and professionalism really stood out. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience, and I felt relaxed, well looked after, and refreshed.

A very pleasant experience the team were lovely and they looked after me from start to finish, at no time did I feel embarrassed about my body and all they did was encourage and support my every requirements.
