From the beginning Georgia, who did my consultation, was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive- she made feel comfortable straight away. I had a treatment done by Amy, and it was absolutely wonderful. She took the time out to explain every step of the procedure so clearly and also made sure I understand exactly what to do post-treatment. Her care and professionalism really stood out. Michelle is lovely and extremely professional. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
