I really like the way Jess explained each treatment, service and the equipment that would be used, in such detail. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made it much easier for me to make a decision because I understood which treatment would be best for me. She definitely has excellent communication skills and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my choice. I hope the service/ treatment will be as good and friendly as the way it's explained.
I walked into the shop without a booking, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly. They explained that they were with another client and kindly asked me to come back in 15 minutes. When I returned, I received one of the best treatments I've ever had. From start to finish, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. I'll definitely be going back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and a warm, welcoming experience.
I had RF Microneedling with Nadia and couldn't have been happier with the experience! From the moment I arrived until the treatment was finished, Nadia listened carefully to my skin concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent customer service, which left me feeling confident in the results. She was professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable the whole time and would definitely return!
