I recently had my first LIPOcel treatment and despite being somewhat skeptical I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The treatment itself was very tolerable with minimal discomfort and even after just one session, I’m already seeing results. Helen was very attentive, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and was very knowledgeable and passionate about achieving the best possible outcome. I’m genuinely impressed and looking forward to my next treatment.

Very friendly warm hearted service. Staff Helen is so professional in the field. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had RF microneedle treatment, and after 10 days my skin looks brighter and my pores smaller. The treatment was very painful, and no anesthetic cream was applied. I honestly don't know if the pain is worth it for the results. They recommended at least 3 sessions to see real changes, but honestly, I don't want to feel that pain again.

I love EBC at Hornsby Westfield. I have been going there since they opened and have always been welcomed by Helen and the team. They are professional and always always ensure that I understand the treatments. I have done a number of therapies and been extremely happy with my results. The photos speak for themselves. Definitely ask for Helen! She is the best of the best!

Amazing customer service, honestly so lovely and they make you feel so comfortable, I highly recommend Helen i've had her for my treatments and i have nothing but positive feedback. It's Such a lovely and clean environment to sit in 10/10.
