Amazing customer service, honestly so lovely and they make you feel so comfortable, I highly recommend Helen i've had her for my treatments and i have nothing but positive feedback. It's Such a lovely and clean environment to sit in 10/10.
I love EBC at Hornsby Westfield. I have been going there since they opened and have always been welcomed by Helen and the team. They are professional and always always ensure that I understand the treatments. I have done a number of therapies and been extremely happy with my results. The photos speak for themselves. Definitely ask for Helen! She is the best of the best!

Helen was very friendly and welcoming . Id booked the consultation as it was a requirement before any treatment could be booked . I was expecting a concise overview of what was available to me the methods of various techniques with risks and benefits and any suggestion I wouldnt necessarily think of from a professional. I was dissappointed at this . It was a very brief maybe 5 mins interaction and basically felt nothing was suitable for me as Im too overweight.
