Very friendly warm hearted service. Staff Helen is so professional in the field. She assists me to build up my confidence and strength in enhancing my body shape in terms of obtaining the optimal outcome. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had RF microneedle treatment, and after 10 days my skin looks brighter and my pores smaller. The treatment was very painful, and no anesthetic cream was applied. I honestly don't know if the pain is worth it for the results. They recommended at least 3 sessions to see real changes, but honestly, I don't want to feel that pain again.
I've come out looking worse than when I went in. BE WARNED as they try to upsell products that go against your treatment goals. Devastated is an understatement.
Amazing customer service, honestly so lovely and they make you feel so comfortable, I highly recommend Helen i've had her for my treatments and i have nothing but positive feedback. It's Such a lovely and clean environment to sit in 10/10.
