The staff on the desk were very pleasant and offered to book me in for a free consultation. I had the consultation which was very thorough, very professional. This was a good opportunity to ask anything about the treatments. My first treatment was with Emma, very confident and knowledgeable, she talked me through everything. Nothing too much trouble. Very customer focused. Super customer service from everyone. I am looking forward to my next treatment which was all booked in ahead so I know exactly where I am up to. Amazing
