Be very careful booking here — they take 100% of the cost as a deposit at the time of booking, with no mention there is 0% refund policy. I cancelled my appointment a full month in advance, well within any reasonable notice period, and was still flatly refused a refund by staff at the Eastgardens location. They were keeping my $349.50. I had to escalate the complaint through head office just to get anywhere, and it still took almost two weeks to actually receive my refund.
