My initial consultation was wonderful; however, the experience went downhill from there. The machine required for my treatment broke down — which I understand can happen — but as a result I missed two sessions. This meant I could not complete the treatments within the required timeframe for optimal results. My first thought when walking into the clinic was that the interior was nicely laid out, and I really appreciated the high standard of cleanliness. Lastly, the staff members were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit.
