I had such a great experience at Elite Body Contouring Eastgardens! The girls there are absolutely amazing so friendly, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to clearly explain each treatment, which made me feel really comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing experience!
Be very careful booking here — they take 100% of the cost as a deposit at the time of booking, with no mention there is 0% refund policy. I cancelled my appointment a full month in advance, well within any reasonable notice period, and was still flatly refused a refund by staff at the Eastgardens location. They were keeping my $349.50. I had to escalate the complaint through head office just to get anywhere, and it still took almost two weeks to actually receive my refund. My first thought when walking into the clinic was that the interior was nicely laid out, and I really appreciated the high standard of cleanliness. Lastly, the staff members were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit.
Can’t recommend this place enough! The staff are wonderful the clinic is beautiful and I’ve had amazing results from my treatments!
