The treatment didn’t even last 20 minutes. Out of all the places I’ve been to for microneedling, this was by far the worst experience. They barely cleanse your face, and they don’t even change the microneedling tip between clients. It looked like they were using the same needle cartridge on everyone, which is really concerning. Waste of time and money. Lipocell on two areas with no results. At best they dont have the skills to determine a good candidate for treatment and worst they are just scamming people then telling them that the treatment doesn't work for everyone, how about you try all these other expensive options now instead. Business model of pay in advance with no refunds is not ethical either. If the services worked and they truly believed in them there would be some sort of guarantee and at least a cancellation for refund. Save your $$$
Had my first Lipocel treatment at Chatswood branch. Jas was amazing! She explained and walked me through everything thoroughly and checked on my constantly throughout the session to make sure I am comfortable.
My experience at EBC Chatswood has been fantastic with both Jas and Karmen. The results of my arm Lipocel and HIFU exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to seeing the results of my other treatments.
Jasmine did a great job explaining the options I have Had face and neck Hifu and did not tell my husband what I had He thought I had a facial but said that I looked good after the treatment My school friend also said I looked younger the next day Can’t wait to see the final results
