Service totally sub par. Waited a long time for somebody at reception to book a package of various treatments. After long wait was brushed off by the receptionist on all treatments I had inquired about. She was in a hurry and advised me that no treatments were available, machine broken etc till mid February. Basically she could not wait fast enough to say no to every question about any treatment of interest. Highly recommend. Staff are extremely friendly, professional and very thorough with treatments and information. So easy to navigate the forms. Made to feel so comfortable throughout my treatments. Would recommend to everyone
I had a great experience from the day I worked in for my consultation. I was kept up to date with the process via email and advised that my appt was with Tina. The treatment was explained thoroughly by Tina and I felt confident that she knew exactly what I needed. After chatting we upgraded my chin sculpt to a half face and I am so pleased I did this and it didn’t cost that much more. She talked me through the treatment at the start so I knew what to expect. I had the Cryolipolysis First session was good. I had a 60 minute appointment and I felt it worked. Second session was last week. I had not noticed any change in 4 weeks but I was open minded and booked the second session. Well it felt rushed. I had 30mins, with 3 applicators on my stomach and was told my journey for Body Shaping was finished that I needed a procedure to tone because there was no more fat to freeze. Studio is nice and shiny, clean and new so one star for that. Down points: 50% off deals still substantially more than other local studios. No 50% off is available on their packages. Staff member asked me to complete a detailed questionnaire which took around 20 minutes on a difficult to manage tablet. The staff member then didn’t even look at any of my responses.
