A beautiful space with the most friendly and professional team. I've had 2 sessions of cellulite treatment so far and can already see some improvements. Looking forward to seeing how my results progress and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone wanting honest advice.
Service totally sub par. Waited a long time for somebody at reception to book a package of various treatments. After long wait was brushed off by the receptionist on all treatments I had inquired about. She was in a hurry and advised me that no treatments were available, machine broken etc till mid February. Basically she could not wait fast enough to say no to every question about any treatment of interest. I had a great experience from the day I worked in for my consultation. I was kept up to date with the process via email and advised that my appt was with Tina. The treatment was explained thoroughly by Tina and I felt confident that she knew exactly what I needed. I had the Cryolipolysis First session was good. I had a 60 minute appointment and I felt it worked. Second session was last week. I had not noticed any change in 4 weeks but I was open minded and booked the second session. Well it felt rushed. I had 30mins, with 3 applicators on my stomach and was told my journey for Body Shaping was finished that I needed a procedure to tone because there was no more fat to freeze.
