Absolute JOKE of a place! I will NEVER set foot here again! My wife and i came in to enquire about getting something done, but when I walked in, the reception was completely unattended! I stood there for 10 minutes like an idiot before 2 staff members finally appeared, not working, but doing a full blown phone photo shoot of each other! My first visit today . I immediately noticed a sense of professionalism and efficiency. I arrived quite early and the staff did their best to move things around to fit me in. My concerns were understood and The options for me were explained in an easily to understand manner. I will be continuing with a package so look forward to my future visits.
Had a really good experience at Brookvale Body Contouring. The clinic is clean, well organised, and everything feels professional from the moment you walk in. Teagan did my treatments and was great throughout, explained everything clearly, took her time, and made sure everything was done properly. You can tell she knows what she’s doing, and the results back that up. Didn’t even have to wait to get seen to either!!
Highly recommend Naj at Elite Body Contouring. She is so professional and thorough, and always makes you feel comfortable and well looked after. She takes the time to explain everything properly and cares about giving the best experience possible. On top of that, she is warm, funny and incredibly genuine, which makes every appointment such a positive experience.
Siah and the girls are absolutely amazing! They all make you feel extremely comfortable and walk you through everything step by step. Biggest shout out to Siah for being so supportive and attentive! Will always come back!
