Had a really good experience at Brookvale Body Contouring. The clinic is clean, well organised, and everything feels professional from the moment you walk in. Teagan did my treatments and was great throughout, explained everything clearly, took her time, and made sure everything was done properly. You can tell she knows what she’s doing, and the results back that up. Didn’t even have to wait to get seen to either!!
Absolute JOKE of a place! I will NEVER set foot here again! My wife and i came in to enquire about getting something done, but when I walked in, the reception was completely unattended! I stood there for 10 minutes like an idiot before 2 staff members finally appeared, not working, but doing a full blown phone photo shoot of each other! This was my second HIFU treatment at Elite Body Contouring Brookvale, and I wanted to give a big shout out to my therapist, Naj. She was so friendly, thorough, and took her time answering all my questions. I honestly feel like this round was even more effective because she really took her time and was so confident with the machine and settings (I have no idea what they do, but my jawline feels like it’s had a workout!). Teagan was extremely informative and professional. Answered all my questions fully and helped me through the various options I was thinking off. The building is light, airy and rooms spacious.
