Please don’t waste your time or money here…. You will be deeply frustrated and disappointed! I’ve tried for 4 days to re book two appointments and no one answers the phone …. Further to this I cannot leave a message as the message back is full …?? I sent an email Friday (last week) No response! I’ve called the 1300 number to the National office and I’m diverted to adelaide and the same number I cannot get through on. Stay away from this place. They gave me wrong advice, they said I have credit which they will add to my account but then the manager came and said no credit if you don’t use it NOW , you can’t have it for later!! All they care about is taking your money but never refund even if you can’t stand the treatment. So rude manger , she did not want to admit or apologise for their mistake . Never again
