Called up and send email with photos of the wiring on ethernet cable wire broken on 02/12/2021 and never got a correspondence to even care. Poor service. Went with another company who called back immediately and arrived next day that resolved the issue. Edit: Corresponding to your reply this review is not posted in to be fake or in error. Our retirement village used EOC to replace smoke alarms in 46 villas over 2 very hot days. Mark and his team worked very hard to complete the large task in a timely manner.
