This 1 star is forced option to give for this real estate agency as don’t deserve this also. I don’t know what level of cleaning these guys want and what advance cleaning there cleaner did for $615 charge even after we cleaned the house and kitchen with Jiff( bunnings most trusted and recommended product) for cleaning and even bunning saying there is nothing above this so want to check with their cleaner what they did exactly which these guys want. I am very disappointed with my experience with Elders real estate Blacktown especially Rufina. I was happily going to start a lease with them but they completely cut off communication after I paid 2 weeks advance rent and had no updates despite paying 2 weeks rent in advance. The overall attitude I encountered was unprofessional and unexpectedly rude. Communication felt dismissive, and my concerns were not taken seriously at any point. Have been with Elders now for over 3 months. They have been great. communication is great and my first house inspection went well. Can’t fault them. Very friendly staff.
Extremely disappointed. Communication is subpar and the staff are quite rude to customers. Particularly this woman called Ruffina They constantly switch payment methods and apps without warning, making everything more difficult than it needs to be. Avoid.
Had the best experience with Rufina and the team as a tenant. From the beginning process to the last, I had no issues. They were quick respond when I requests and also when I needed to ask through email. For my end of lease, had no issues in getting my bond back.
