Eastside Plumbing & Gasfitting quickly scheduled an onsite inspection and quote to repair a leak in our metal roof around our skylight. The very reasonable quote clearly explained (and illustrated with photographs) the likely source of the leak and the works required to ensure no further rainwater could penetrate the roof. Within days of accepting the quote, the work was done and the results are exactly as we were promised. We’ve since had days of heavy rain and we remain dry. Highly recommended!

We have just had the team from Eastside plumbers replace our sewer line in Port Melbourne. Right from the outset it was a great experience. The quote process with Trent and Jack was clear, transparent and competitive. The back office team were always polite and accomodating as we confirmed scope and scheduled the job. Matt the main plumber on our job was amazing. He was very thorough and meticulous in his work having to deal with several challenges along the way. No cowboys in this team. A problem bugging us for two years was fixed in two days. David was working next door so my wife said hoy, could you look at our leaky tap? Which he promptly did. He got on to Jordan in the office to book us in. Two days later up turns Drew bang on time and two hours later job is done, corroded parts making it an extra bit tricky. No more drip, drip, drip in the night. Top marks to Drew for leaving his boots at the door on a wet day and leaving the bathroom looking a million bucks.
