We have just had the team from Eastside plumbers replace our sewer line in Port Melbourne. Right from the outset it was a great experience. Great experience. Got a plumber out to investigate a leak that wasn’t solved through a prior contractors work. I thought it was a leaky skylight flashing. He got up, kicked up a few tiles, identified and solved the problem and cleaned up. No charge. Not even an existing customer. I can’t remember his name, but he was a lovely fellow with a nice pup named Jet (also well behaved and stayed by the truck). Thank you mystery plumber man!
Eastside Plumbing & Gasfitting quickly scheduled an onsite inspection and quote to repair a leak in our metal roof around our skylight. The very reasonable quote clearly explained (and illustrated with photographs) the likely source of the leak and the works required to ensure no further rainwater could penetrate the roof. Within days of accepting the quote, the work was done and the results are exactly as we were promised. We’ve since had days of heavy rain and we remain dry. Highly recommended!
I would highly recommend Eastside Plumbing. Every aspect of their service was professional: from initial contact to work completed at my property. I have had a great deal of experience with other roof plumbers, and Eastside was the best by far.
