I went to East Ivanhoe Medical Clinic for the first time, as I couldn't get an appointment at my usual clinic for several days. It was easy to obtain an appointment at East Ivanhoe, and I was impressed by the professional care I received from Dr Michael Ong. The diagnosis of my issue was clearly communicated, and I was confident about the suggested course of action. All in all, very happy with the service provided.
For the past 20-years, Dr Andrew Pattison and his team have always provided me with nothing less than 100% of their valuable time to ensure that I continue on the right path of good health and awareness, of which I am truly grateful. Thank you, Andrew and East Ivanhoe Medical Clinic. Tony Lee
As I couldn’t get in to see my regular doctor at another clinic I booked an appointment at Ivanhoe. The front desk staff and Doctor were both so kind and patient. Going to a new clinic can be daunting but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
This is Terry Bain. I rang the clinic at 11am on Monday and got to see Dr. Nathan Lexy at 1.30pm that afternoon. He was pretty much on time and I had a thorough, extensive consultation that went for about 40 mins. He is the best doctor I have experienced, I just wish I lived closer. Regards terry
