I have been attending this medical clinic for over 20 years, and the level of professionalism is outstanding. My doctor is thorough, compassionate, caring and has a wealth of experience to diagnose and treat. He takes the time to truly listen to how you feel. He doesn't make you feel like just another number in his waiting room. I highly recommend East Ivanhoe Medical Clinic.
You couldn't ask for a better and more knowledgeable doctor. Dr Michael Ong is fantastic and has supported my family through ups and downs while being a wealth of knowledge for the bizarre questions and illnesses we seem to have. He hasn't made me feel stupid for any of the silly questions I've asked, even in those new born mum stages. Couldn't ask for a better doctor!
