Excellent instructors Relaxing comfortable Pilates studios Plenty of well maintained quality reformer beds. Cannot recommend highly enough except to say I have had the most amazing results and improvement to my well being since I started here 4 months ago. I’m in my 60’s and have not done regular exercise for 20 years. I have been so well looked after and yet pushed to achieve results. Exceptional and professional studio.
Loved the infrared sauna. It was cozy and clean. We went for myotherapy and came out feeling relaxed and loose! People are super friendly too. Would recommend
I highly recommend Dynamic Stability for their professional clinical knowledge in all they offer. Years of Pilates prevented back surgery and injury for me. They treat everyone from professional sports people to people who want to keep healthy. Give them a try, you wont be sorry!
I have been a client at Dynamic Stability since late 2007 and I have been with different physiotherapists throughout the years. All of them have been professional and knowledgeable. The front staff have always been courteous and welcoming.
While I am happy with the Pilates class that I attended recently on Monday evenings I am not impressed that today I had to pay for 75% of a missed session when I was sick and had to leave work early. I will not be returning or recommend this studio to my colleagues where I work locally. Feeling very disappointed.
