I have been attending Dynamic Stability Richmond for over a year now, since I moved to the area. Aly was recommended to me to help me with various issues culminating in chronic pain. She introduced me to pilates to keep me moving, manage my pain, improve my balance and strength and keep me running. Along the way I have also attended classes and physio sessions with Laura and Ian. Excellent instructors Relaxing comfortable Pilates studios Plenty of well maintained quality reformer beds. Cannot recommend highly enough except to say I have had the most amazing results and improvement to my well being since I started here 4 months ago. I’m in my 60’s and have not done regular exercise for 20 years. I have been so well looked after and yet pushed to achieve results. Exceptional and professional studio.
Attentive, well-trained instructors observe and correct practice where necessary to enhance benefit. Well managed premises, clean with plenty of amenity. Spacious areas, quiet background music. Pleasant, professional, friendly environment.
The team at Dynamic Stablity are professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for physio-led pilates for rehabilitation.
While I am happy with the Pilates class that I attended recently on Monday evenings I am not impressed that today I had to pay for 75% of a missed session when I was sick and had to leave work early. I will not be returning or recommend this studio to my colleagues where I work locally. Feeling very disappointed.
