I attend a Pilates session every week with Gillian Staal. Gillian is so knowledgeable and has an endless number of exercises to benefit any physical problems that might arise. Her knowledge of the human body is very comprehensive and she seems to know how to help a particular site that is troublesome with a particular exercise. She uses all the equipment to the best advantage and I am certainly fitter and more comfortable than when I started. Her friendly but professional approach puts everyone at ease.
I have been attending Dynamic Stability Richmond for over a year now, since I moved to the area. Aly was recommended to me to help me with various issues culminating in chronic pain. She introduced me to pilates to keep me moving, manage my pain, improve my balance and strength and keep me running. Along the way I have also attended classes and physio sessions with Laura and Ian. Excellent instructors Relaxing comfortable Pilates studios Plenty of well maintained quality reformer beds. Cannot recommend highly enough except to say I have had the most amazing results and improvement to my well being since I started here 4 months ago. I’m in my 60’s and have not done regular exercise for 20 years. I have been so well looked after and yet pushed to achieve results. Exceptional and professional studio.
