I visited the clinic because of pain. I was seen by Dr Kang. Dr Kang was extremely friendly, explained to me the various treatment options available, and helped me feel confident in my decision to remove my wisdom teeth. I received terrible customer service from the receptionist during my last visit to this dentist. They couldn’t understand me at all—whether I spoke in Korean or English—and their attitude was openly rude. As I was leaving, I even heard them talking behind my back. Last week, my daughter had her wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Oh. It was a potentially risky procedure because the nerve was located very close to the tooth, but Dr. Oh and the staff treated her like family. My daughter was very grateful, and so was I, which is why I wanted to leave this review. Since I live in another state and couldn’t be with her due to work, I was quite worried. Had to do wisdom teeth extraction and was very nervous and worried. The whole procedure went smoothly and staff were very kind to assure me through it! Dr Sam Oh is very professional and experienced, would highly recommend.
I’m regular patient with this hospital.Good Dr and kind nurse it is busy and clean hospital. The chubby receptionist is always mad and rude attitude with scheduling and payment. No smiling kind are okay but no respect customer is not okay.
