From the receptionist, and the dentist (who i will not name) just the bare minimum procedure for 4 teeth but swiped my whole health insurance cover balance... completely feel robbed and my teeth had issues afterwards so had to go to another dentist to fix what they messed up. I would not recommend this place if you want a dentist who genuinely cares for your well-being and not is just after your $$$.
I’ve been visiting this dental clinic for nearly 20 years. Dr. Oh, along with the other dentists, provides very attentive and meticulous care. I’ve received regular check-ups as well as implants, crowns, and root canal treatments, and I’ve been able to use them without any issues for a long time. In particular, the reception staff are extremely kind and always greet me with bright smiles, which makes visiting the dentist feel comfortable rather than intimidating.
I've been a patient of Dr Sam Oh since I was a teenager. He is the OG of Korean Dentists in Australia. As a father I now take my daughter to see Dr Oh. His surgery is always clean, modern and welcoming. His staff are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I know my daughter will one day take her own children to Dr Sam Oh & Associates Dentistry.....
The whole team deserves a big clap especially Dr oh, they are outstanding in what they do in all aspects of dental care I highly recommend them to anyone want's the very best dental clinic in the Canterbury Bankstown area 🪥.
Very kind, caring and the best dental service team! Ever since the first visit in 2010, I regularly get checked every 6 months. Strongly recommend this place.
