I had attended this practice previously after recently moving into the area and found everyone to be wonderful. So when I recently broke a tooth, they were the first people I contacted. Fortunately, they were able to rearrange their appointments to fit me in promptly, helping me avoid unnecessary pain and discomfort. Dr Kim has been looking after me and my family for more than 10 years. Throughout that time, he has always been caring, professional, and incredibly thorough. One of the reasons we continue to see Dr Kim is that he is honest and never pushes unnecessary treatments. I’ve been visiting this dental clinic for nearly 20 years. Dr. Oh, along with the other dentists, provides very attentive and meticulous care. I’ve received regular check-ups as well as implants, crowns, and root canal treatments, and I’ve been able to use them without any issues for a long time. In particular, the reception staff are extremely kind and always greet me with bright smiles, which makes visiting the dentist feel comfortable rather than intimidating.
The whole team deserves a big clap especially Dr oh, they are outstanding in what they do in all aspects of dental care I highly recommend them to anyone want's the very best dental clinic in the Canterbury Bankstown area 🪥.
From the receptionist, and the dentist (who i will not name) just the bare minimum procedure for 4 teeth but swiped my whole health insurance cover balance... completely feel robbed and my teeth had issues afterwards so had to go to another dentist to fix what they messed up. I would not recommend this place if you want a dentist who genuinely cares for your well-being and not is just after your $$$.
