We had shutters recently fitted throughout our new house. Couldn’t be happier with the process from start to finish. Recently purchased a home in Wonthaggi and wanted 3 outdoor blinds. I originally called this company with some measurements to get an "idea" of price as I didn't want to waste their time if blinds were going to be out of my current price range. Very poor customer service and communication. Seven outdoor blinds were installed to keep birds off the decking and to protect the front door from excess heat. This was explained when we had the person from the Wonthaggi store come out to measure and quote. The blinds were installed and left down while we were away for 4 weeks. On our return 3 were crooked and buckled when we pulled them up. One blind was torn. Installers returned to fix the problem and we were blamed, for leaving them down! The staff member who measured for my vertical blinds and curtains was so professional and friendly. In addition, he went over and above by searching for a spare part for my existing vertical blinds fitting which was broken. And, the quote out quoted a few other companies!! Very happy and would recommend them to anyone!!
