The experience from quote to installation was seamless. I liked the showroom display which gives you a real experience of the blinds and sheer curtains. The price was fair in comparison to the quotes I obtained. Loving the blinds, they are elegant and create a fabulous ambience. Highly recommended
Staff in store were extremely helpful and answered questions and followed up any queries, excellent customer service. The free measure and quote staff member was helpful and patient with me choosing samples. Curtains were ready in no time and installation happened without a problem. Overall excellent customer service and I am extremely happy with the product.

"Wanting to send our feedback as customers who recently had plantation shutters installed. They look great. Unfortunately our experience was dampened by the installer who seemingly did not want to do the works. A knocked over pot plant was met with claims of a nightmare and not an apology nor assistance cleaning up. Upon completion of the job we were left with numerous black rubber grommets scattered throughout the floors and have been left with several bags of screws and clips without any explanation.
