A little difficult to get the measure and quote due to only being able to come out during business hours on weekdays. Once that was able to be achieved, changes we able to be discussed by going in store on the weekend. A few weeks for 11 blinds to be made and then installation could be done on alternative weekends. The absolute best part of the whole process was the installer. He was on time, so efficient and the quality of his work is amazing.
If I could do zero stars I would. We had terrible service from Dollar Curtains and Blinds. They told us we needed to remove a light for absolutely no reason and we wasted money doing so. When we were quoted for a curtain rail in our bedroom we were advised a light would need to be removed, as the curtain needs 10cm clearance from the window to hang correctly, and this would put it directly in line with the light. We recently got sheer curtains installed throughout our house and we absolutely love them! Dollar Curtains and Blinds in Pakenham were awesome to deal with! From the lady coming out to quote us and help us choose the colours/fabrics, to the installer who actually hung the curtains, the whole process was super easy and simple. We had a great experience from start to finish. Emily was amazing measuring and quoting for us. She was so friendly and helpful. She came back a second time to discuss more options. The installation team were very punctual and professional. Our new blinds look great, very happy.
