Do yourself a favour and don’t buy from this company. For the price you pay, the quality of the roller blinds is extremely disappointing. The material looks and feels cheap, and we’ve already had issues with the blinds falling down. What has been even more frustrating is the customer service. When I first contacted them about the problem, I was told I would have to pay a service fee to have it fixed.
