I’m writing on behalf of my mum. She cannot be more pleased with the service and care that was provided to her from this company. Susanne in customer service was extremely helpful with her curtain issues she was having and the owner Brett came out himself and fix her issue with ease where two other companies refused to help an older lady. She is very happy and cannot recommend them enough!!!
The whole process was seamless from visiting the store in Hoppers Crossing, measure/quote/advice to installation. All staff were extremely polite, professional and offered great advice. Excellent 5+Stars service, from the start (when we went to enquire and view the range of materials), through selection of window coverings, design and colour matching our house layout, to the complete beautiful set-up of our curtains, roller blinds and plantation shutters.
