We had Kellie come out to measure and quote Sheers, Curtains and Shutters. She was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We ordered on the day to ensure delivery by Christmas. When the Sheers and Curtains arrived we received a phone call to pay the balance and arrange installation. They were installed with the wrong hooks and sat way lower than agreed. I was pleased with the whole process and the exceptional service provided. When Jamie came to measure up he listened to what I was looking for, particularly in relation to the privacy blind, and helped me find fabrics that suited my needs. When I called in to the shop prior to Jamie measuring, and again the day after he had been, to have another look at the fabrics and pay the deposit the staff were extremely helpful and happy to answer all my questions and give me as much time as I needed to make my final decision. I had sheers and plantation shutters installed late 2024, Olivia came out to measure and quote and if this rating was only based on Olivia this would be a 5/5 rating. Olivia was kind, professional and gave advice when I was struggling to pick a color for my sheers. All other store staff were always amazing, as I went into the store to see more of the sheer curtain range.
