From initial contact with dc&b Epping, I found the staff friendly, helpful and accomodating. The consultation wasn't rushed at all and everything was explained thoroughly. The installation was no fuss, quick and no issues. Very happy with overall experience and definitely happy with my new curtains! Will use dc&b again, and highly recommend😊
Not impressed, went to remove fly screens from windows and found that the installer from Dollar curtains has connected my blinds to the flyscreen frames!! What am I supposed to do now. A manager rung me following my review. Informed me they had let go of an installer due to practices such as what I described and she apologised. She informed me that it would be rectified. I forwarded photo but email went astray so today I forwarded again. Contacted by a consultant today who basically said out of warranty so no fix. I was goin... read more
The roller blinds of Dollar Curtains are strong and good quality. Windows on our first floor were done a few years ago, and since we had very good experience with them, I decided to order the same roller blinds for our second floor.
DC&B provided helpful and friendly service from the beginning. Their in Home measure and quote experience was quite lovely…better than the other company I was looking at. There was no issues with the installation process (besides a delay in the plantation shutters). The quality of the products are very good. I will be using them again to get my block outs done and will recommend them to others. Products purchased: plantation, shutters and sunscreen blinds
