From initial contact with dc&b Epping, I found the staff friendly, helpful and accomodating. The consultation wasn't rushed at all and everything was explained thoroughly. DC&B provided helpful and friendly service from the beginning. Their in Home measure and quote experience was quite lovely…better than the other company I was looking at. There was no issues with the installation process (besides a delay in the plantation shutters). The quality of the products are very good. I will be using them again to get my block outs done and will recommend them to others. Products purchased: plantation, shutters and sunscreen blinds
The roller blinds of Dollar Curtains are strong and good quality. Windows on our first floor were done a few years ago, and since we had very good experience with them, I decided to order the same roller blinds for our second floor.
