The customer service from Linda, Bree and all the others at Dollar Curtains + Blinds Doncaster was fantastic. From the measure & quote to several changes with my quote and then finally the ordering and installation, everyone at DC+B Doncaster was amazing. It was very easy to arrange a free measure and quote for sheer curtains for a bedroom. When making the curtains there was a problem with the chosen fabric and we had to make a different choice. This was simply done in a quick visit to the showroom and the curtains were successfully made and hung, despite the very high drop. The curtains add considerably to the room's amenity.
Really happy with the service. We ordered plantations for our master bedroom. Doncaster service was straight forward and helpful. Ordering of the plantations and arrival was an 8-10 week wait (I don't think this timeframe was under their control). The installation was quick and well done, Thanks to Ian and Doncaster staff.
What a great product and great service, we were looked after by the Doncaster team who helped with the selection measure and quote, really easy and professional experience. Then it was installed by a perfectionist by the name of Ian (hope he doesnt mind), you are a legend have genuinely never seen a straighter more level and aligned set of curtains, we have a corner set of Romans and those lines match perfect. Well done we are very happy 10/10
All my dealings wth dollar curtains and blinds Doncaster were excellent. The consultant arrived promptly, was considered and patient in her advice and measured exactly. She spent three hours ensuring everything was accurate.
