A fabulous experience!! I have recently finished the 3 days 2 nights Fraser Island tour and couldn’t recommend it enough. We had an amazing tour guide, Beaver, who set the tone for a great few days and provided us with lots of information clearly. We had amazing weather to experience the beautiful island with stops at the Lakes, Champagne pools, beach etc. A 10/10 experience.
We did a tour (3 days 2 nights). The guide was really kind. K’Gari is really beautiful !! However… It was a big group, we were 8 people by car. A lot of people came in a « party mood ». So, a lot of noise during the night, not cool for the local fauna and to sleep. The food was correct. Good organisation! Another negative point is we didn’t learn much about the story of the island, the native people and everything… A bit disappointed. If you are looking for a nature and wildlife experience it may be better to go on your own.... read more
Thoroughly enjoyed this tour thanks to the lovely group we were with and the great tour guide Jabba! We had 3 days 2 nights and whilst it was average weather with on and off rain we still had a fantastic time. Driving the vehicles was fun and the sites were picturesque. The camp ground is good (though the yoga mats under the tents provide very little comfort) the showers are hot and a $2 donation ain’t so bad. Loved every minute of it! Had gavin as our guide and he was brilliant. There was lots of time to spend at the different stops and lots of snacks provided. I only did the 2 days 1 night tour but will definitely be back to do the 3 days 2 nights in summer!! Thanks for providing such an amazing experience!
By far the best excursion I've done in Australia to date. Everything from day 1 to day 3 was incredible. Can't speak highly enough of our guide Beaver, very knowledgeable, friendly, and made everyone feel like a family. If you enjoy the outdoors I 10/10 recommend you book this tour!!!
