They were Prepared to quote to repair/replace an existing damaged skylight. Michael arrived punctually to inspect the site and measure upthen quickly and courteously provided two options. The only fault we had was a failure to notify us that our anticipated installation date had to be delayed because of supply issues. Serge was very efficient in his installation.

Very professional and thorough from start to finish, from arranging the quote to installation. Very happy with the finished product, which is already making a huge difference in brightening our kitchen and lounge area. Can go most of the day without turning on a light switch. So far so good. Nice efficient installer. Mucked us around with date and time but no worries. Eventually completed. Text and email efficient notification of changes.
