I have had business with Devine property for about 4 years. At the beginning my role was a developer assistant, Shaun and Jo Harris helped me to sell a few units. Their excellent service made me feel assured. Last year I gave my property to Devine Property for management and Molly is my agent. She is polite and always responding requests on time. All people I have talked to at Devine Property are friendly and professional. Also want to say thank you to Cheryl and lovely receptionist Jayne. You are all assets to the company.
Our dealings with Devine Property have always been excellent. Molly Headlam who is looking after our investment property in Hobart has been an excellent Manager. She is very approachable, is quick to respond to and follow up on any queries or problems. She performs regular property inspections and keeps us up to date on any maintenance issues that might occur. Our overall experience with Molly and Devine Property have been very satisfactory.
We've been with Devine Property Hobart for 2 years and are very happy with the service of our managing agent, Molly. She's proactive and responsive in getting things fixed and has great communication. She's supported by a good team and the office has good reporting systems.
I had been a tenant with Devine Properties for over 2 years. We got Molly as a property manager for our rental house from last 6 month and she is genuinely professional and fixed our all house problem within a week or two. She always response us in good manner. Her dedication about fixing a tenant's problem is highly recommended thing.
Mark and his team at Devine Property are second to none. We've had such a positive experience. We are so happy to be working with Daisy as our commercial property manager.
