I had an outstanding experience at Dentists of Greensborough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and welcoming. The office was spacious and modern, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Duy Ho was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The checkup and clean were thorough and gentle. Dr. Duy Ho is amazing. Really understanding, reasonable, and just... good at what he does. I really got the sense that they would rather help people than see dentistry as a cash grab, and the service I received here was great. Friendly and efficient receptionist (sorry, didn't get your name!) too. Definitely recommending.
So nice to be reunited with Dr Duy Ho at his new practice. Although I had to have two extractions, which is never pleasant, the process was quick and painless. Dr Ho’s “chair side” manner is always calm and professional. He has been my dentist for more than twenty years and I would always recommend him for even the most dentist-phobic patient.
