I have attended this dentist for years due to its professionalism and clean location. Sadly I will not be returning to Dentist by the Park as they have recently added an AI receptionist, making it difficult to book, reschedule and cancel appointments. I recently visited Dr. Ted for two fillings and was thoroughly impressed with the care and attention from him and his team at Dentist by the Park Bentleigh. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and comfortable. The fillings were done so fast, I thought he'd done one and had one to go. Him and his assitant provided exceptional service and I would thoroughly recommend them both. Thank you.
I hate dentists. But these guys really put me at ease. Explained everything in great detail. Very transparent. I have bad teeth. And I didn’t feel like they were judgemental at all. Super friendly and open. Super professional. Thanks Ted and Casi. Many more months of tremendous professionalism to be had.
Excellent experience with the Team at Dentist by the Park again. They went above and beyond on this visit live streaming the NFL playoffs for the family on the overhead TV which made the time fly. Great work!
I know I shouldn’t say this but it’s actually weird to say that I love my dentist. I have had the most amazing experience with both Ted and Kimberley. I highly recommend this amazing team. Their honesty and professionalism are outstanding…thank you x Lucy & John Dimos xx
