I cannot rave enough about Dental Care Carnegie. After my 5-year-old had a bike accident and seriously injured his mouth, they told me to come straight in. Within 10 minutes he was being treated. The care, speed, kindness and incredible bedside manner with my son were beyond anything I expected. They explained everything to him, kept him calm, checked on me constantly, and even called the next day to see how he was doing. Truly outstanding service and compassion. Forever grateful!
The best Dental Clinic! Always a wonderful experience. Starts with friendly receptionist, soft relaxing music playing. All staff are friendly & very polite. Place is always spotless. Dr Alex Maer is amazing dentist with a gentle touch, great experience & knowledge. Will explain everything that's going to happen. Always checking if you're OK throughout every procedure. Rang to book a consult after a recommendation from a friend, to discuss a tooth implant. Anat and Melissa on the phone were both empathic and understanding of my situation. Lots of flexibility with appointment times due to their long opening hours. Dr Nathan was very understanding and patiently explained the process. Will definitely be getting my implant here with such a caring team.
My experience with this clinic has been shocking and deeply disappointing. The approach here feels more like sales-driven dentistry than patient care. I was repeatedly pressured through emails about how “essential” treatment was, despite having no pain or serious issues beforehand. After the treatment, my tooth condition deteriorated significantly, and I was left in pain I never had before. I am now being told that further invasive treatment like a root canal may be required. I usually come to DentalCare Carnegie for my regular checkups as a Medibank member, and I’m always impressed with their service. The receptionists are warm and friendly, and the dentists are gentle and professional. I usually see Dr. Nathan Tran, who is very nice and approachable — he explains things clearly and speaks in a friendly, reassuring way. Highly recommend!
