The best Dental Clinic! Always a wonderful experience. Starts with friendly receptionist, soft relaxing music playing. All staff are friendly & very polite. Place is always spotless. Dr Alex Maer is amazing dentist with a gentle touch, great experience & knowledge. Will explain everything that's going to happen. Always checking if you're OK throughout every procedure. I usually come to DentalCare Carnegie for my regular checkups as a Medibank member, and I’m always impressed with their service. The receptionists are warm and friendly, and the dentists are gentle and professional. I usually see Dr. Nathan Tran, who is very nice and approachable — he explains things clearly and speaks in a friendly, reassuring way. Highly recommend!
Dr. Dave is amazing! He always takes good care of the patients, always listens and provides the best possible outcome for the patient. But the best bit is his approach towards patient’s spending. Dr. Dave put himself into patient’s shoes and is trying to get the best value for money from patient perspective. Regarding Dental Care Carnegie, I tried several dental clinics over years, but was never able to get the teeth cleaning fully covered by the private health fund. Until I tried Dental Care Carnegie. Truly amazing!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Himali for a while now, and she’s absolutely wonderful. She’s always so caring, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and she makes sure I fully understand my teeth health and any treatment options. It’s rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with genuine kindness, I always leave feeling well cared for and confident. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who truly goes above and beyond.
Visited both my son and self over the past few weeks to see Dr Julie Sheng. While visiting the dentist is not typically at the top of any must do lists, Julie and her team made the experience as comfortable and efficient as possible. Very clear communication about procedures, payment covered by health insurance and follow up actions. Again, won't be counting down the days to my next visit, but very happy to recommend them for this valuable health service.
