The best Dental Clinic! Always a wonderful experience. Starts with friendly receptionist, soft relaxing music playing. All staff are friendly & very polite. Place is always spotless. Dr Alex Maer is amazing dentist with a gentle touch, great experience & knowledge. Will explain everything that's going to happen. Always checking if you're OK throughout every procedure. I usually come to DentalCare Carnegie for my regular checkups as a Medibank member, and I’m always impressed with their service. The receptionists are warm and friendly, and the dentists are gentle and professional. I usually see Dr. Nathan Tran, who is very nice and approachable — he explains things clearly and speaks in a friendly, reassuring way. Highly recommend!
My son has only had positive experiences at this clinic. They are extremely flexible as they are open 7 days a week. Dr Nathan is extremely easy to deal with. He explains things very well and we feel like we are in very good hands. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The clinic always seems busy which is a good sign!

Absolutely fantastic clinic with kind, professional, and caring staff. Dr. Andrew is a wonderful doctor — knowledgeable and compassionate. His nurse Rachel is incredibly warm and attentive, and Mel at reception was amazing in helping me sort out my payment. I came in with severe, sharp pain and left feeling so much better — not just physically, but emotionally too. I can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely five stars!
