So glad I found this practice 3yrs ago on moving to Melbourne. Really great people from front desk to dental chair. All very friendly and kind. At 54, I am a big baby in the dental chair - but everyone is understanding, empathetic and nothing is a problem. Highly recommend!
My regular dentist was away on holiday and I was worried about some new hot and cold sensitivity on a tooth and my regular dentist’s receptionist recommended Dentist off Chapel. When I called, the friendly staff member made me an appointment and took my number and promised to call if me if there was a cancellation. She did get me in a day or 2 later.
