I've always found the team at Dental Balance to be brilliant and every team member (from the front door to back-of-house) exceeds at customer service to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are great at assessing customer needs and responding appropriately. I recently chipped a tooth and was extremely grateful when I got a call to arrange an appointment within hours of letting them know.
Whenever a child goes to the dentist it can be a stressful experience for the child as well as the parent. My daughter had a bad fear of going to the dentist which has now been cured! From the moment we walked through the door we were put at ease with a walm welcome. Cassandra the receptionist made conversation with my daughter which helped keep her calm. Such friendly staff. My dentist was so professional and wonderful at keeping me at ease. As a dental phobe my visits are annual at best. No pain and I left happy knowing I'll have less dread next time
Dental Balance have been amazing throughout my daughter’s braces journey. From start to finish, the whole process was professional, easy and well organised. The payment plan options made everything much more manageable, and the ladies on reception are always so lovely and welcoming. We’ve had such a positive experience and would highly recommend them.
