I've always found the team at Dental Balance to be brilliant and every team member (from the front door to back-of-house) exceeds at customer service to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are great at assessing customer needs and responding appropriately. I recently chipped a tooth and was extremely grateful when I got a call to arrange an appointment within hours of letting them know.
Tim, as usual, was very friendly and efficient. Describing everything that needed to be done and also while performing the various aspects of the consult. The staff at Dental Balance were all exceptional. I cannot recommend Dental Balance more highly enough.
Whenever a child goes to the dentist it can be a stressful experience for the child as well as the parent. My daughter had a bad fear of going to the dentist which has now been cured! From the moment we walked through the door we were put at ease with a walm welcome. Cassandra the receptionist made conversation with my daughter which helped keep her calm. I've had a splint and a clean done here and really appreciate that the dentist is not pushing for more frequent visits than required. They have the technology for comfortable teeth scanning as well as comfortable X Ray, and optional TV on the ceiling. Warmly recommend!
