I've always found the team at Dental Balance to be brilliant and every team member (from the front door to back-of-house) exceeds at customer service to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are great at assessing customer needs and responding appropriately. I recently chipped a tooth and was extremely grateful when I got a call to arrange an appointment within hours of letting them know.
Whenever a child goes to the dentist it can be a stressful experience for the child as well as the parent. My daughter had a bad fear of going to the dentist which has now been cured! From the moment we walked through the door we were put at ease with a walm welcome. Cassandra the receptionist made conversation with my daughter which helped keep her calm. I had an excellent experience with Dental Balance throughout my dental implant journey, which took around 10 months from start to finish. Darren and Tim worked closely together on my treatment, and their teamwork and professionalism were outstanding. Tim is by far the best dentist I have ever dealt with. He listens to my concerns, comes up with solutions and is very caring with the work he does. I could not recommend Dental balance more. From reception to the dental assistant and dentist themselves, it is an exceptional experience.
Darren and the team have been absolutely fantastic looking after my son. After getting a quote elsewhere and hearing 3 years, we got a quote with dental balance. 8 months later my son has straight teeth and a beautiful smile! Highly recommend
