I've always found the team at Dental Balance to be brilliant and every team member (from the front door to back-of-house) exceeds at customer service to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are great at assessing customer needs and responding appropriately. I recently chipped a tooth and was extremely grateful when I got a call to arrange an appointment within hours of letting them know.
I had an excellent experience with Dental Balance throughout my dental implant journey, which took around 10 months from start to finish. Darren and Tim worked closely together on my treatment, and their teamwork and professionalism were outstanding. Tim is by far the best dentist I have ever dealt with. He listens to my concerns, comes up with solutions and is very caring with the work he does. I could not recommend Dental balance more. From reception to the dental assistant and dentist themselves, it is an exceptional experience.

Dental Balance have been amazing throughout my daughter’s braces journey. From start to finish, the whole process was professional, easy and well organised.
