I found it to be very informative, it was uncomfortable but the benefit now is really good I feel so much more comfortable so I'm very happy.Alex took a lot of time with me and I appreciated that very much. He demonstrated a few exercise for me to practice and i believe that will be most helpful going forward.

After a thorough assessment of the presenting problem, Louise discussed all the relevant treatments with me, before initiating said treatments. I was then physically shown relevant strengthening exercises, suitable for my age and mobility level. I was also provided with a written handout of said exercises. All this was done in a respectful and timely manner.
