I’ve seen Deane before when I fractured my knee and was most impressed how he pushed me with exercises and treatment to get me back running again. So when I hurt my back it was a no brainer which physio I would choose. I also like that he told me to expect to be sore after treatment.

Deane has been involved in athlete events most of his life. This gives him the experience to understand what can cause pain or discomfort in people who train and compete in sports. I have noticed more flexibility in my neck in 2 visits.

I found it to be very informative, it was uncomfortable but the benefit now is really good I feel so much more comfortable so I'm very happy.Alex took a lot of time with me and I appreciated that very much. After a thorough assessment of the presenting problem, Louise discussed all the relevant treatments with me, before initiating said treatments. I was then physically shown relevant strengthening exercises, suitable for my age and mobility level. I was also provided with a written handout of said exercises. All this was done in a respectful and timely manner.
