The lock on our security screen broke and Dylan did an amazing job fixing it. He was very friendly and he did the job for the price quoted, even though he had to leave and come back with the right part the next day. Other companies we've used in the past have charged two call out fees for that and it's always frustrated me. His price was also better than the company who originally installed it 3 years ago.
