Went on Friday for dental and gum issues: I had an excellent experience with this dental practice from start to finish. The reception team was welcoming, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Both Dr Joshua and Dr Diaz were outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. One of the best dental experiences I have had for a major procedure! I had a gum graft done at the Bakewell clinic and Dr Sonia was amazing. I was nervous about the procedure but she took extra care in making me feel comfortable. The aftercare and recovery support was above and beyond anything I had experienced before. Extremely happy with the results so far.
Would give 10 stars if I could. I turn to water when there is needles, knives and drills in my mouth. I shake profusely and struggle to keep my mouth open due to both the anxiety and a previous injury. Dr Sonia and her assistant, Regina did an amazing job dealing with this trouble client!!! The resulting implant has been almost a dream to deal with, no unexpected pain and no infection etc. I wish I had met the team earlier and urge you to visit Sonia for your Periodontal work 😊
Very good Dentists and reception staff. I would recommend Josh as a Dentist, he is very caring, gentle and very patient. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I choose to go to Bakewell Smiles.
