I had a dental appointment yesterday with Dr Joshua and I couldn't recommend him and the team at Darwin Smiles enough. Joshua was incredibly polite, gentle, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit. As someone who is quite scared of dentists, this meant so much to me. He took his time, explained things clearly, and made the whole experience far less intimidating. Thank you, Dr Joshua, for such kind and reassuring care.
I can't recommend enough the lovely team at Smiles Darwin. There super friendly and very welcoming with there warm personality's. I hate getting anything done at a dentist and Amber made me feel so comfortable throughout each of my fillings and cleans. Amber was always checking to see if I was experiencing any pain and was making sure I was okay. I Wouldn't go any where else now. Im so glad I have found smiles what an amazing team. Turned up super early. The staff and hygienist got me in well before my booked time, when they could of said come back later. I was told that other customers weren't put out by my early entry. Disorganised, one receptionist hard to understand, turned up for an appt but it had been changed without advising me. Had better cleans, disappointed with the result. Same teeth whitening product much cheaper online than what they sell it for. Charge clients more for attending Fannie Bay than the Gateway practice. Attended Fannie Bay practice to collect a product but it was closed yet online stated it was open. Will never go back.
I went to Darwin Smiles Dental recently and it is a lovely warm and welcoming environment. There is a nice coffee stand while you wait and the staff are lovely. I had Dr Amber Henderson for a clean and check up, very lovely Dentist looking forward to returning. Thank you :)
