I needed a pre employment medical and chose this practice. I'm pleased I did. The receptionists were extremely helpful and explained the process thoroughly. My medical assesment was carried out by Dr Cuong Vo. It was my first appointment with Dr Vo. His warmth and obvious care for his patients was outstanding. He took time to understand my concerns and addressed them with patience,humour and great medical knowledge. Amazing experience. I needed a Yellow Fever vaccination last minute because my other GPs and pharmacists didn't know the rules when traveling to countries in Africa and they came through so quickly. They had it in stock, the nurse was super calm and nice and just an amazing experience that could have stopped me from going on this last minute trip. Thanks so much. Highly recommend. I wish this was my regular GP!
My family have been seeing Dr Rena Alexandrou over 20years and the rest of the team when she is not available. She and the team have been very friendly, professional and highly recommended. AAA+++
I wouldn't recommend. I went there as a first time customer and saw Doctor Vo. I asked for usual meds and basically told me to go see Doctor Don Nguyen in Bankstown. I don't live in Bankstown..Hence the reason I went there and will never go back. Had to ask to check my blood pressure and he's good if you want Scripts for Viagra. Which means is a good for nothing Doctor who doesn't listen to patients concerns..👀👀👀
Shocking Receptionist! I arrived at the medical centre on 16.02.2025 around 8:35 am to drop off a self-collection and encountered the rudest receptionist ever. I greeted her with a friendly "Good morning" and explained the reason for my visit. Her response? "Just keep walking." I did as she said, but couldn't find where or who I was supposed to drop the collection with. When I returned back to ask for clarification, she looked at and spoke to me with pure annoyance, disgust, and irritation. Such a shame for all the lovely me... read more
