We have recently transferred our existing rental properties to Daring and Young BDM and the property management team has been outstanding. Carol along with the team has assisted and each step of the process and helped make everything as smooth as possible. They have amazing communication as well as being up to date with current legislation. The team has already gone above and beyond with any questions we have had regarding our properties.
I had a wonderful experience with my property manager - Andrea. She was always quick to respond and made sure any issues were fixed promptly, which made everything stress-free. She was also very understanding and approachable, which made communicating with her so easy. I really appreciated her professionalism and care—highly recommend! Could not recommend Andrea enough!
