No proplems Everytime i call these people there quick to come out so i decided to get new ducted heating unit from them and worked great for 2 days, rang them and they were straight out to fix problem couldn't be happier, will use again without hesitation
Good service Got Darebin Gas out last week to fix my mums heater. So far so good..and mum said the young chap who came out was lovely so bonus!
Quick service and job completed in a timely manner but My wife felt that the “aggressive” approach to requesting payment was a bit over the top. “We are not leaving until you pay” was the 1st request for payment after completing the job. They didn’t give my wife even 1 minute to grab her phone to transfer the money. She felt intimidated being home alone with the kids. Also, the initial quote price increased $30 after the job was done which was a bit disconcerting.

Terrible. They put broken unit as a brand new and refussed to change it. Gaz heater purchesed, Darrebin gas refused to change the mahcine, still in warranty. Since 2019 till know i have to call them for fix the machine. Call them many times wait a couple of days in cold winter to fux the heater.

Hi Selda. As mentioned to you numerous times we did not install your heater. Your builder had their installer put it in for you. We are the warranty agent for the manufacturer of the heater. The issue is not with the heater but the installation itself. Please refer back to our previous discussions on this matter.
No experience and lazy Never put the screws back on the lid of my external heater, technicians were rude, install was messy. Much better companies out there stay away. My gas line was also kinked

Dont buy from this company Evaporative Cooler and Ducted Heater pretend service. I would not expect your service person to say that they sat in their van for 45 minutes shuffling papers. Of course they would say they inspected the unit, when they did not. I built my home so I know exactly how old my ducted heating system is - certainly not 30 years old, it was a vacant block of land way back then, but it makes you feel better to write that, I wouldn't expect anything. else. Hi Kim There was no service under taken at all, so we're unsure how it was a pretend service. Your faulty appliances were diagnosed and you didnt like the proposed solutions provided for both your heater and evap cooler. There isn't much more to it than that. As mentioned we had only charged the call out fee, not for any time spent as we felt it only fair due to the fact you did not allow us to repair the cooler and as you were made aware the heaters faulty component is no longer available.
Rude service While we had our heater repaired in good time, the service tech was just plain rude and clearly didn't want to be there. I will not go to these guys again as I would prefer to pay more or wait longer for some manners.
