I have been attending Dapto Medical Centre for more than 40 years now and have always found the professionalism here second to none. Dr Ahmad is absolutely the best. Every time I have been here, Dr Ahmad has always taken every step necessary to resolve my issue. He is a very thorough and caring doctor.
Dr Jubayer was kind, thorough and efficient. I appreciate he took the time to explain my symptoms to me. The reception staff were not friendly or caring. I understand they are busy but it's easy to smile or say a kind word.
Although it was a little busy the wait time was only around 15 minutes past my appointment time I can live with that. My doctor (Bheri) is always good. Needed blood test done and I only waited 20 minutes for that but in fairness to pathology they have a new system an it's a manual process at the moment.
I saw Dr Fatima and she was amazing and very helpful. However, the receptionist at the front—particularly the younger one—was quite rude. I was next in line after an elderly lady whom the receptionist was assisting. I couldn’t help but observe their interaction closely, especially given my previous negative experiences at this centre. Today as treated by Dr Mohammad Jubayer, I was very pleased with the consultation. He was very professional but friendly. He listened to my problem asked questions and explained the treatment and the medication required, then checked if I had any questions. I feel very confident with his treatment. Thank you
