I was very impressed by the overall service by the team at Dapto medical centre, from the check in to the doctor consultation, very friendly ,professional and efficient service provided. I was in and out within 30 minutes and to make it even better it was at no charge…. 100% bulk billed . What a great experience ! My son had an appointment here late Sunday evening on 24/8, and I was so impressed with the care we received. The receptionist on the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, and Dr Ahmad was amazing. He was so thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. He spoke directly with my son throughout the appointment, which made him feel comfortable and involved. We left feeling well looked after, and my son even said he thought Dr Ahmad was a great doctor. Thank you to the team for such a positive experience!
Attended here with my partner for a script to deal with an acute case of hives. Was recommended to attend the treatment room for an injection of anti histamine. So far so good. The treating GP told us to take a number and wait outside the treatment room. (Not the reception area) As there were no numbers or reception staff at the treatment room I sat down with othe patients awaiting my partners name to be called. Patients came and went. Dr Jubayer was lovely! My partner has been experiencing multiple symptoms for months, with every doctor dismissing him. From the moment my partner sat down, Dr Jubayer listened, validated and gave some guidance on the next steps to take. We will definitely be coming back for any further visits.
I easily got an appointment on the same day, and the doctor was on time. I was listened to and I felt the correct diagnosis was made. As pathology is in the same building,all my needs were seen to in the one spot. Very happy
