Knowledgeable doctor who was great with my 3 year old. Felt genuinely cared for after poor experience elsewhere. Minimal wait time even being one of the last appointments of the day. Love that we can always get an appointment at short notice.
The reception staff are always so lovely and professional even under pressure. The wait times are a little longer on some days but I don’t mind waiting to see my chosen GP. My doctor is very genuine and thorough, she is very personable and knows her stuff. I always have a pleasant experience when coming here, kudos to all of the staff, doctors and nurses ❤️
I have been going to this Gp for a long time now. I normally see a lovely doctor. Today I was extremely disappointed. My doctor I was booked with was away today and they put me with a doctor that I couldn’t understand nor did I feel he treated me or my child with care. He was also running 50 minutes late and normally I wouldn’t mind waiting that long for myself but I had a 4 year old restless child. Not only do you charge extra for a Saturday, $98! I had an appointment booked for 930 with Dr Selverahjah. Waited from 915 till 1040 and approached the counter saying "why is it taking so long" the girl behind the desk said your name has been called and I must of went to the toilet.. Replying NO! I've been sitting here the whole time!..why is she calling the names from her door and not coming out to the seats as the waiting seats can't be seen from her room? Ridiculous! Unbelievably slow, the doctor we had an appointment with only seen 3 patients within 2 hours and I would understand if they were long appointments but they were in an out within 10 minutes so we just waiting around for absolutely nothing. The doctor was just having a casual chat multiple times with the receptionist and looking through boxes that were delivered whilst she was already running two hours behind.
