Knowledgeable doctor who was great with my 3 year old. Felt genuinely cared for after poor experience elsewhere. Minimal wait time even being one of the last appointments of the day. Love that we can always get an appointment at short notice.
I wouldn't go to this practice. I waited more than an hour to be seen in their weekend urgent care clinic only to be told by the triage nurse that I am not in need of urgent care and to come back in the late afternoon to be seen by the GP. I may not have looked like I was terribly unwell but I was in severe pain, my antibiotic medication was not working and I would double up in pain whenever I had to go to the toilet. I love Dapto Medical & Dental Centre, always friendly & welcoming. My family and I have seen Dr Ahmad for many years now and always has been professional & friendly. The dental also see my children and great experience, with happy children. The receptionist are always inviting and lovely. Highly recommend coming to Dapto medical and dental centre for your health care needs.
The reception staff are always so lovely and professional even under pressure. The wait times are a little longer on some days but I don’t mind waiting to see my chosen GP. My doctor is very genuine and thorough, she is very personable and knows her stuff. I always have a pleasant experience when coming here, kudos to all of the staff, doctors and nurses ❤️
Always a good experience, Dr Mohammed Muniruzzaman is understanding and easy to communicate with. Recently had an iron infusion at the centre and was quick and easy. Better than travelling into Wollongong hospital for a simple procedure.
