Although it was a little busy the wait time was only around 15 minutes past my appointment time I can live with that. My doctor (Bheri) is always good. Needed blood test done and I only waited 20 minutes for that but in fairness to pathology they have a new system an it's a manual process at the moment.
I saw Dr Fatima and she was amazing and very helpful. However, the receptionist at the front—particularly the younger one—was quite rude. I was next in line after an elderly lady whom the receptionist was assisting. I couldn’t help but observe their interaction closely, especially given my previous negative experiences at this centre. Dr Jubayer was kind, thorough and efficient. I appreciate he took the time to explain my symptoms to me. The reception staff were not friendly or caring. I understand they are busy but it's easy to smile or say a kind word.
I have been seeing Dr Rashid recently and cannot fault him. He is attentive, actively listens and has a really broad knowledge which makes me feel safe. He has helped me more in the last 2 months than my regular GP has in 10+ years. Cannot recommend enough! It’s never a long wait either which is super helpful if I have my kids in tow!
Saw Dr Rashid today- usually see another doctor but no appts suitable. He was on time, polite and answered my questions thoroughly. Will definitely become my new regular doctor. And as a bonus I was bulk billed despite not being in the usual age groups. Thank you
