My appointment was first 2.50. I arrived at the medical centre at 2.30. I proceeded to register my appointment and was told it was all fine. I wanted near the Doctor's door till 4pm. And my name was never called. I went back to the office and asked if my name really was registered. On looking at the computer and figiting with ,I was told it was fine now. Great experience bringing my daughter in for her vaccination. Dr. Muhammad Azeem was kind and reassuring, the facility is well organised, clean and big, and the nurses were friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly and we felt very well looked after. Highly recommend!

I have found that the doctors i have seen to be helpful and in depth with their care. It is helpful that they have a collection centre, care nurses and medicare emergency clinic onsite as well. You will occasionally wait to see your doctor as they do not always run on time but then I understand some patients need more time than others and so this can occur but I have never waited more than 20min.

I had to make an appointment for my daughter Eden we were on holidays from the Gold Coast and she unfortunately fell ill. I rang around several medical centres unsuccessfully but was referred to Dapto Medical centre. Amazing customer service by the reception staff and Dr M Jubayer was wonderful with my daughter such an easy process to book an appointment and see a Dr! Well done 🤩

My son had an appointment here late Sunday evening on 24/8, and I was so impressed with the care we received. The receptionist on the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, and Dr Ahmad was amazing. He was so thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. He spoke directly with my son throughout the appointment, which made him feel comfortable and involved. We left feeling well looked after, and my son even said he thought Dr Ahmad was a great doctor. Thank you to the team for such a positive experience!
