My appointment was first 2.50. I arrived at the medical centre at 2.30. I proceeded to register my appointment and was told it was all fine. I wanted near the Doctor's door till 4pm. And my name was never called. I went back to the office and asked if my name really was registered. On looking at the computer and figiting with ,I was told it was fine now. Great experience bringing my daughter in for her vaccination. Dr. Muhammad Azeem was kind and reassuring, the facility is well organised, clean and big, and the nurses were friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly and we felt very well looked after. Highly recommend!

I've never left a negative review on a place before, because I understand everyone has off days & I try not to hold it against people, however after the experience I had with a doctor here, I feel like it warrants a review. Earlier this week, I left my work halfway through the day due to having so much pain in my stomach that I couldn't walk. I have found that the doctors i have seen to be helpful and in depth with their care. It is helpful that they have a collection centre, care nurses and medicare emergency clinic onsite as well. You will occasionally wait to see your doctor as they do not always run on time but then I understand some patients need more time than others and so this can occur but I have never waited more than 20min.
