I have two children who attend Crest Road and they absolutely love it there. The educators are fantastic with my kids (and the rest) and they have created a special bond and relationship with them. The centre is clean, looked after and has everything my kids need. If you are a first time parent or looking for a change, crest road is the place! I’m so glad my kids are enrolled here and will continue to be until they are moving on to big school.
I have removed my name from this post as my child currently attends the service, however I wanted to share some feedback as a parent. Over the last 3 months there have been significant senior leadership changes occurring across the centre, with very limited communication provided to families. A number of staff members have left suddenly and families have not been informed of these changes or what they mean for the continuity and stability of the service. I feel my kid is in good hands with Crest Road Early Learning Centre. The educators are very co-operative and interactive. Management is very considerate and understanding as well.They do conduct a good structure of teaching and learning. My child has managed to develop himself a lot since he joined the centre. I am personally very satisfied and happy as a client. I would love to recommend this centre to my friends and other acquaintances.
Choosing a daycare for the first time was daunting. Crest Road Early learning have exceeded our expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the centre, from the first day we dropped our son off they have made us feel like family. Our son loves going to daycare and I know he is safe and happy. We are kept updated on how his days go and they adjust his days to his needs. The Director and staff have been so amazing and ensured our son settled into to daycare with ease and confidence.
My daughter attended from nursery to pre school and I can’t fault our experience. She had significant food allergies which they were able to manage with absolutely no incidents. My son is currently in the toddler room and has been attending since nursery. He had lost his hearing and whilst it has been restored he has delayed speech and significant anxiety.
