A year ago, we moved here and initially had many thoughts and concerns about my daughter's adjustment to a new centre. However, her experience at Creative Garden has been incredibly smooth and supportive, and we are truly grateful for the caring environment they provide. She has formed many friendships and genuinely enjoys her time there. All the educators are amazingly supportive, caring and helpful.
My daughter Emilia Isbel has been attending the centre since she was 9 months old and she is now 4 years old. The centre is practically her second home.it truly is. She always looks forward to daycare day and everytime I pick her up she always has a big smile on her face.I knew that she has had a great day filled with many activities that helps her to be school ready. My daughter has been attending since 5months. The facility director Jasmine warm, welcoming, approachable and proactive with any concerns. My daughter has formed beautiful bonds with the educators and runs arms wide open to them. The care, the opportunities to learn hands on in such formative years. I honestly can’t express my gratitude enough and would never want to send her anywhere else. Thank you to the entire team at Wallan creative gardens centre 🥰
Probably not the worst, but not the best. A handful of educators care about their job and the kids. Some activities have been good, but then there's bad management, outdated facilities and a lack of food variety. It took a complaint to senior management for us to recieve a simple hello and goodbye from some staff. It's obvious by the food options that they have a small budget. I completed my placement at Creative Garden Wallan in the kinder room, and it was an amazing experience. The environment is warm, caring, and very child-focused. A special mention to Centre Manager Jasmine and Caitlyn—both are extremely professional, supportive, and always available to guide and help.
