Been sending my boy to daycare 5 days a week and, as hard as that is, I needed a daycare that felt like home while still operating safely and exceeding expectations in raising growing minds within a professional environment. My daughter started here after a few months at a different centre and the difference in the environment was noticeable through my daughters excitement and happiness to be attending 2 days a week. She now looks forward to going and is very happy upon pick up, indicating she's had a great day. The staff are very understanding and helpful with my daughters speech and understanding delays and do their best to help encourage her without forcing her to do things she's not comfortable. We absolutely love this daycare and couldn’t be happier with the level of care my child receives. The backyard/play area is fantastic and such a great space for the kids to enjoy, my child especially loves being involved in the gardening. The manager is always approachable and supportive whenever I’ve needed to discuss anything. We’re so grateful to Sabrina and the teachers for displaying such a welcoming and caring environment.
My daughter attended this daycare centre, but unfortunately, I was not happy with the way the director, Sabrina, handled several matters. On multiple occasions, I asked questions about gap fees and other important details, but she never provided clear answers and was quite arrogant in her responses.she didn't even respond to my email. Creative Garden has made my daughter feel so welcomed in her first year at the center in 2026. It's her final year of daycare and I believe she is thriving in this new environment due to the staff recognising what her development needs are.
