I took my husband to this clinic around 6pm Sat 24Jan. He was in agony and felt like he was about to die. I completed the on line booking form and found it would not upload to their system. The clinic was busy yet one reception took over the registration process and the other did his vitals. They worked out super fast what needed to be done and slotted him in after the next patient. I was very sick tonight and looked online to see what time the Craigieburn Urgent Care Clinic closes and it says 10pm. I arrived there at 9pm and it was closed- no one was there and there was a sign on the door saying it will reopen the following day at 8am. Not sure why it is advertised online as closing at 10pm when it’s clearly not the case. I recommend calling to confirm they are open before going there as you might be going there for nothing like I did.

I understand it’s the holiday period, but calling this an “Urgent Care Clinic” while having only one doctor and making patients wait 4 hours is completely misleading and dangerous.I arrived with my friend who had a deep open cut there was a pool of blood, active bleeding, and genuine risk. Being told to “wait four hours” in that situation is unacceptable. 1. Everyone in waiting room can hear the reason for your visit. No patient privacy. 2. Longer wait time than what is shown on their wait estimate sheet. I waited 3 hours. 3. Dr Mohammad was not the slightest of intrested in caring for me as a patient. He had me out the door in less than 2 minutes for a animal bite. He was visibly upset that I even had questions regarding the care of my animal bite wound. It was a decent size. Fantastic care provided tonight by both nurses Vicki and Natarsha. We were there withing couple hours of closing but both were friendly and helpful although you could see they were busy and alot of patients waiting they made sure everyone was ok. First time visiting urgent care and was great to see what a great service is provided. Thank you again.
