I understand it’s the holiday period, but calling this an “Urgent Care Clinic” while having only one doctor and making patients wait 4 hours is completely misleading and dangerous.I arrived with my friend who had a deep open cut there was a pool of blood, active bleeding, and genuine risk. Being told to “wait four hours” in that situation is unacceptable. Fantastic care provided tonight by both nurses Vicki and Natarsha. We were there withing couple hours of closing but both were friendly and helpful although you could see they were busy and alot of patients waiting they made sure everyone was ok. First time visiting urgent care and was great to see what a great service is provided. Thank you again.

I can’t thank the team enough for the amazing care they gave my son today. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, patient and understanding. They made my son feel comfortable and reassured, which meant so much to me as a parent. The staff took their time to explain everything clearly and treated my son with such care and compassion. I recently visited the Craigieburn Urgent Care with my wife, who was seriously unwell. Despite there being very few people in the queue, no one seemed to be actively attending to patients. When I arrived, the wait time displayed was 90 minutes, but even after waiting for two hours, there was no progress. Upon asking the doctor directly, I was informed it would take another two hours, meaning a total of four hours of waiting at an urgent care facility — which defeats the entire purpose of “urgent” service. NEGATIVE RATING We booked an appointment but were told by the ladies at reception there is no point of appointments as we go by who comes in first. The ladies were both of Indian decent are extremely unprofessional. When i asked what is the point of appointments they laughed and said we dont know. My child was in pain and we followed the rules by securing an appointment but this place was very very unprofessional and not helpful. Its sad as we were desperate we had to stay.
