I can’t thank the team enough for the amazing care they gave my son today. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, patient and understanding. NEGATIVE RATING We booked an appointment but were told by the ladies at reception there is no point of appointments as we go by who comes in first. The ladies were both of Indian decent are extremely unprofessional. When i asked what is the point of appointments they laughed and said we dont know. My child was in pain and we followed the rules by securing an appointment but this place was very very unprofessional and not helpful. Its sad as we were desperate we had to stay. If I could give a zero star I would. I took my husband there tonight we got there at 9:10pm as he was coughing and feeling unwell. He presented himself at the door and asked to see a doctor as he was coughing and was wheezing. The lady with reddish/purpleish hair asked him if he has diabetes and my husband answered yes. I presented to the Craigieburn Urgent Care Clinic under professional medical advice from the Virtual ED doctors, as my condition had significantly worsened. I had a pre-booked appointment and followed the proper steps to be seen. I was advised to go to the center by Dr. From virtual ed. When I arrived the wait time was initially 90 min. Then went upto 3hrs. And to top it of im a cardiac patient. I was not even triaged. I DONT RECCOMEND this center at all.
