NEGATIVE RATING We booked an appointment but were told by the ladies at reception there is no point of appointments as we go by who comes in first. The ladies were both of Indian decent are extremely unprofessional. When i asked what is the point of appointments they laughed and said we dont know. My child was in pain and we followed the rules by securing an appointment but this place was very very unprofessional and not helpful. Its sad as we were desperate we had to stay. Avoid at all costs – completely unprofessional and lacking compassion. I had a terrible experience here just last week after suffering a significant burn to my arm. I was refused care and ended up having to go to a pharmacy, where the pharmacist treated me instead. Today, my partner presented to the clinic (with an appointment) while suffering from chest pain and pain on the left side. Was there yesterday and so glad I went, saw nurse Sara and doctor Parveen, nurse sara was truely caring and very experienced, she was very busy but still clinically thorough with my daughter, my daughter was so comfortable with her, she made sure both my husband and I understood what was happening. Dr parveen although there was a wait attended great care to my daughter and educated us on best way to help her at home I was so glad I went there instead of the hospital, very grateful for there care. Thankyou both

Only if I could give negative star I would. I’ve been sick for the past week with very high fevers and vomiting. I was at the urge of fainting last night from having high temperature, the paramedics advised me to visit this urgent care clinic and I regret going to this morning. The receptionist, nurse and another stuff laughing assuming there is nothing wrong with me and wanting to send me back home. I presented to the Craigieburn Urgent Care Clinic under professional medical advice from the Virtual ED doctors, as my condition had significantly worsened. I had a pre-booked appointment and followed the proper steps to be seen.
