Firstly, I am not one to write reviews. However, I am considerably disturbed by lack of bedside manners displayed by DR. AHMED AYYAZ AZAM. I booked an appointment at this clinic on Sunday at a short notice as my regular GP was booked out and I am thankful to have received timely medical care/attention. I believe it is crucial for doctors to have a good bedside manner, especially when delivering life-changing news. I was really disappointed with my recent appointment. I had to question the doctor on several points that were not explained properly. The appointment ended with a reminder to check out with the receptionist for additional costs because it had run longer than the standard allocated time. I found this experience completely unacceptable, particularly since I work for the Department of Health.
It's my favorite clinic I visit it all the time especially Dr. Arej she is the family doctor she treats all my family members. She has been the family doctor for several years she is easy going with a smiling . face my kids love her Treat all patients with honesty, respect and care. I always suggest her to my friends.
Met with Dr. Sumbal Bashir a couple of times, she’s an amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable & makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend The clinic is also very clean; great reception staff too.
Doctors Sudhish and Nazzuraman are very good. My complaint is about the priority care clinic - the wait is far too long, even with an appointment waited almost two hours. Not good when you have little ones. Also, there's no breastfeeding room. With the amount of babies and children in Craigieburn, a proper parenting facility is always greatly appreciated. Thank you!
