A year ago, I praised this centre highly, especially for the positive attitude of the receptionist. However, my experience today was disappointing. When I arrived for my appointment, there were three receptionists—one was chatting with someone from the clinic, and the others did not acknowledge me at all. I've been visiting Dr,Thanuja at Primary health care in Craigieburn for several years and couldn't be happier the kind of care Dr. Thanuja provides to me and to my teen daughter. WORST CLINIC WITH THE MOST INAPPROPRIATE STAFF. UPDATED 06/01/2026: It is unacceptable that a client (my father) was required to wait over one week for an appointment and a further 1.5 hours on the day, only to be told by the GP that he does not provide TAC cover and has not done so for more than a year. This review is for Thanuja Perera. This medical center is beyond disappointing. I booked a telehealth appointment to save time, and instead they wasted even more of it than if I had actually gone in. What’s the point of offering telehealth if you can’t even call anywhere near the appointment time? I waited around with zero updates, no apology, nothing. Just silence. Dr Rashad is a lovely Doctor always kind, compassionate and attentive! I also see the physio Mr Hemajith Prabhath he has helped me gain movement back in my injured arm, he is always positive and encouraging, I would highly recommend him, a very good physio! Overall I am very happy with the care I receive. Only downside is that when/if I have to ring the clinic it seems to regularly take a long time for staff to answer my calls!
