Rachel (Dr Yiran Zheng) is wonderful she has been my dentist for years now. 10/10 team. Rachel takes time to get to know the kids and put cartoons on for the them to make sure they’re comfortable and enjoy the experience. Thanks guys :)

Every single time I come here for a simple blood test, the wait is ridiculous, people are left fasting for hours before being seen. They clearly don’t put enough staff on, and this has been going on for years with no improvement. It’s honestly crazy and unacceptable for a pathology centre to treat patients this way. The management really needs to fix their staffing and scheduling, no one should have to wait this long when they’re fasting and unwell.

Very poor customer service. The clinic never answers phone calls. I urgently needed information following a recent consultation with my GP and was kept on hold for over 40 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected. When I tried again, I waited another 40 minutes with still no response. It is unacceptable for a medical clinic to be this uncontactable, especially when patients may have urgent needs. Despite charging premium fees, the service provided is extremely disappointing and falls well below reasonable standards.

I attended today to have a blood test and the service I was so slow. I had been waiting well over 1.5 hours. There are not enough staff in the pathology department and when people are fasting and only have a small window of opportunity. I will never come here again. People would leave due to work commitments and sheer frustration. Morning is a peak time period roster more staff on. Pat was my first point of contact over the phone. Then I spoke with Pat at reception when I came into the clinic. Pat engaged with the most beautiful customer service - she was warm, friendly and supportive. These are the exact qualities needed when you are feeling unwell. Thank you, Pat, for being such a lovely person!
