This medical centre is hopeless. The system/administration is extremely disorganized and the doctors' quality is poor. When we checked in, we were told there were 3 people ahead of us to see the doctor, but we first needed to be triaged by a nurse. It took 90 minutes to be seen by a nurse, who then told us there were 4 people ahead of us to see the doctor. Worse experience from Dr. Ahmed A Azam. Went there with pain in stomach and at the same time had the pain in the leg. He didn’t even bother to ask about the issue and once explained about the leg he didn’t even bother to listen and told me that I will have to get another appointment to get a medication referral for stomach pain. He didn’t even take 2 minutes to talk and didn’t clearly care about patients going there. I had to go to different GP and was referred medication for the issue soon. I had really bad experience with doc shiva. I took my son to her after my night shift as he had fever all night so my husband gave him panadol early in the morning. When i went there his temp was 36 like normal. Her first question was why did you gave him panadol if you know you are coming to see the doc, now how i am gonna check his temp. The nursing staff were very nice but there was only 2 doctors on and a lot of people waiting. People that came after me were seen to first, which l hate. After 3 hrs of waiting in pain and freezing air con l could no longer stand it and left. l wont be coming back to this clinic again. They need more Doctors on duty at this clinic. Im not blaming the Drs..its a staffing issue.

I was seeking another clinic as an emergency backup BUT AFTER Seeing the reviews and ratings of this centre makes me wonder if the doctors and staff fully experienced in their jobs? In theory or practice It seems that they haven’t got any knowledge or experience in their jobs Another freaking problem mr. Albanese bought into the highlight ( so called skilled workers)
