Dr Rashad is a lovely Doctor always kind, compassionate and attentive! I also see the physio Mr Hemajith Prabhath he has helped me gain movement back in my injured arm, he is always positive and encouraging, I would highly recommend him, a very good physio! Overall I am very happy with the care I receive. Only downside is that when/if I have to ring the clinic it seems to regularly take a long time for staff to answer my calls!
I had a very disappointing experience at this pathology clinic. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours just to get a simple blood test done. When I asked others in the waiting room, they said this long wait is normal here. If you are coming in fasting, I strongly recommend avoiding this place — the wait is far too long and the staff don’t seem to manage the queue efficiently. There are many other clinics with much faster service. Very unhappy with the experience.
Rachel (Dr Yiran Zheng) is wonderful she has been my dentist for years now. 10/10 team. Rachel takes time to get to know the kids and put cartoons on for the them to make sure they’re comfortable and enjoy the experience. Thanks guys :)
This clinic has amazing doctors, receptionists are really nice but there are two areas that realy frustrate me, firstly trying to call the clinic is ridiculous, you wait almost 20-30 mins to make a long appointment, every single time I call its the same,secondly the wait time for pathology is ridiculous also, I understand that some patients need longer time but having to wait over and hour if if theres 7 people in front of you ,its the same if there are 3 in front,this is not exceptable. I took my mother to see Dr. Thanuja Perera. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing the doctor, I was told very rudely by her that she can only hear “one condition” per session as there are other patients waiting. We saw her for a total of 10 minutes, when a standard consultation is 15 minutes. We had requested a prescription for my mother’s blood sugar medication only to receive one for the blood pressure instead after being rushed out of the consultation.
