Overall, a very decent clinic. The doctors are all very knowledgeable, caring and understanding. They've given me referrals as I've asked, and have asked clarification questions to provide the best care possible. Their pathology is really good as well. A few things where they might fall short is waiting time and the Hotdoc app. If you do go in for an appointment, you will definitely wait for a while. A year ago, I praised this centre highly, especially for the positive attitude of the receptionist. However, my experience today was disappointing. When I arrived for my appointment, there were three receptionists—one was chatting with someone from the clinic, and the others did not acknowledge me at all. I had to wait for quite some time until one receptionist finished a phone call and attended to me. She was very polite and helpful. I've been visiting Dr,Thanuja at Primary health care in Craigieburn for several years and couldn't be happier the kind of care Dr. Thanuja provides to me and to my teen daughter. I recently requested that my medical records be shared with another GP at Craigieburn Medical Centre so I could discuss my appointment. However, the receptionist informed me that I needed to fill out a form to transfer my records. When I later attended the centre, another staff member explained that because the doctors are within the same clinic, there is no need to complete a transfer form and all doctors should already have access to my records. Extremely poor communication from the reception team. I called multiple times yesterday and spoke to the same receptionist each time, asking for an update on an urgent issue. She had no information every time I called. Before ending the last call, she clearly confirmed that she would confirm to me whether she had spoken to the doctor, confirm what the solution was, and let me know whether my appointment was going ahead or being cancelled.
